RCI undertakes inspections and reviews (within an English language documentation environment) covering the following areas:

• Claims audits to assess the adequacy of reserves, deterioration in reserves and timely reporting.
• Pre-commutation reviews.
• Compliance audits  –  to assess compliance with underwriting guidelines, contractual terms, claims handling and reporting.
• Lloyds Binding Authorities – Coverholder  reviews  –  compliance with agreements, reporting and reserving.
• Litigation support – inspections and reviews undertaken to provide technical support in litigation and arbitrations (including hostile inspections).
